This Return Policy covers personal styling consultations and related digital deliverables provided by Thalfyroghor. Physical products recommended in lookbooks are purchased directly from retailers and follow their policies.
Service Nature
Our offerings are professional services and digital materials delivered after sessions. Because these are custom and time-based, they are generally not eligible for traditional product returns.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before a confirmed session for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee up to the value of the session to cover reserved time.
- If we must reschedule, we will offer the next available time or a full refund if you prefer.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the session being marked as delivered and ineligible for a refund.
Quality Concerns
If you believe a service was not delivered as described, contact us within 7 days of the session. We will review your feedback and may offer adjustments, a follow-up session, or a refund where appropriate.
Gifted Sessions
Gift certificates are transferable prior to scheduling but not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Once a session is booked, the cancellation timelines above apply.
Retail Purchases
Items bought from third-party retailers follow those sellers’ return and exchange policies. We are not responsible for retailer decisions, shipping timelines, or stock availability.
How to Request a Change
To request a cancellation, refund review, or reschedule, contact us with your booking details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within one business day.
